The fish planes from the center carves more on turns. The Rice Burner gives you the wider tail so you can plant back there in even the smallest of waves yet you can still get that vertical lip bash. The swallow gives you the points to pivot from for some radical tight turns. There is no wing giving the Burner a long rail line for speed.
